Overview

Madrone is the first phase of the Santa Rosa Masterplan which is located in Santa Rosa, CA near the North Station SMART rail line and within walking distance of Whole Foods and Coddingtown Mall. The 15-acre site is located along Guerneville Road and Lance Drive.
